  • Established and oversaw a financial assistance fund; defined eligibility criteria and developed a SOP.

  • Disbursed funds to provide rapid-response aid to migrants and undocumented families facing critical resource gaps.

  • Transformed and managed the Karel Fellowship program for a virtual engagement.

  • Increased the reach of the recruitment period by 30% and had a record number of applicants.
